Combination stairways - adj. 35º-50º

General properties
PcP. combination stairways consist of a complete system for mounting small straight stairways - up to one storey - and are adjustable within a 35º - 50º angle. The combination stairways are provided with PcP. stair treads type O2-Achil and landing gratings type O2 with edge reinforcement.

The system may be used as a complete entity or as individual parts - as required and desired, and may be supplied either hot dipped galvanised or untreated.

Instructions of mounting

1. Right and left side pieces (3) and (4) to be shortened to the desired length.
2. Right foot piece (1) to be mounted internally into the right side piece (3)
3. Left foot piece (2) to be mounted internally into the left side piece (4)
4. Stair treads (5) to be mounted to the side pieces (3) and (4) at the desired angle
5. Angle connectors (6) to be mounted to the side pieces (3) and (4) at the desired angle
6. Stair stringers (3) and (4) to be mounted to the angle connectors (6) at the desired angle
7. Angle bearings (7) to be shortened to measurement and mounted to the stringers, so that the distance from the upper edge of angle bearing to upper edge of side piece will be 30-32 mm
8. Wall fastening (9) to be mounted into landing stringers (3) and (4)
9. Landing grating (8) to be installed and bolted to the angle bearing with M8x60 - self-locking nut M8 - 4 per grating.
From item 2 up to and including item 8, bolts M12x25 are used - toothed disk and nut at connection of the individual parts.
Note! There are pre-drilled holes in all stair parts.
However, corresponding holes must be drilled in side pieces/stringers.
